We have been working tirelessly to expand our programme, listening to customer feedback, and training and hiring more fitness instructors to meet the growing demand. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and comprehensive fitness experience that inspires and supports our community. By offering a wide variety of classes, we can encourage more people to participate in regular physical activity and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.”
Brogan Bauld, a new instructor for the Trust, shared her enthusiasm: “I’m incredibly excited to join the Fife Sports and Leisure Trust team. My Step Level 1 class is perfect for beginners, and I’m committed to making every session fun and energetic. It’s a great way for people to start their fitness journey and build their confidence.”
In addition to these new classes, Fife Sports and Leisure Trust is pleased to offer new Les Mills Virtual classes at Carnegie Leisure Centre. These virtual classes allow members to experience world-class workouts at their convenience, with various styles and intensities available to suit their schedules. Whether you prefer a high-energy cardio session or a relaxing yoga practice, the virtual classes provide flexibility and accessibility for Club members.
The Trust is continually looking to expand its offerings and has exciting plans in the pipeline. Upcoming initiatives include new sessions at East Sands Leisure Centre and Cupar Sports Centre, as well as the introduction of Born to Move sessions for Juniors and Teens. These youth-oriented classes are designed to promote physical activity from a young age, instilling healthy habits and a love for fitness that can last a lifetime.
