Take Action for Mental Health Awareness Week

This week (11th-17th May) is Mental Health Awareness Week, a national campaign led by the Mental Health Foundation. This year’s theme, “Take Action”, focuses on the small things we can all do to support our mental wellbeing.

We know wellbeing is about more than just physical health. Staying active, feeling connected, being part of a community, and knowing where to go for support can all make a real difference to how we feel.

Across our venues and programmes, we’re proud to support people across Fife to become and stay active and well. Whether that’s through exercise, social connection, community programmes, or providing welcoming spaces where people can access support, we know local venues can play an important role in wellbeing.
