I am one of the Councillors for Glenrothes West and Kinglassie, with a background in business and public service. Alongside my role as a councillor, I have worked for the Scottish Parliament for the past 14 years, giving me experience of governance and decision-making at both local and national levels.

Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with people and helping organisations make a positive difference in their communities. Those experiences have given me a strong understanding of leadership and strategic decision-making, which I’m pleased to bring to my role as a Director of Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the pool, at the gym, on a pickleball court, or running around the park with my dog. I’m passionate about helping people discover activities they enjoy and can stick with because I’ve seen the difference an active lifestyle can make, and I firmly believe that sport and physical activity have the power to strengthen communities and create opportunities for people of all ages to thrive.
