Bio:
Cormac is a high-performance Personal Trainer based at Carnegie Leisure Centre, specialising in hybrid training and structural balance. His coaching bridges the gap between everyday fitness and elite athletic conditioning, with a strong focus on injury prevention, biomechanics and sustainable lifestyle change. 

Cormac works with clients who want to improve body composition, build strength or prepare for events such as HYROX. His approach combines science-based programming with practical coaching to help clients build stronger, more capable and resilient bodies.
