Bio:
Greg is passionate about helping people improve their health, fitness and confidence. His coaching focuses on building sustainable habits that support long-term progress, whether a client’s goal is fat loss, muscle development or improving overall wellbeing. 

Greg’s experience working with a wide range of individuals allows him to tailor each programme to the needs and abilities of the client. His supportive and encouraging approach helps clients push past their limits while developing confidence that extends beyond the gym.
