Bio:

Kane is a Personal Trainer focused on helping clients build strength, confidence and strong foundations in the gym through one-to-one coaching. His specialisms include strength training, powerlifting, hypertrophy, and biomechanics. 

Kane’s coaching approach centres on developing sustainable habits, improving technique and creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to progress at their own pace and achieve long-term results.
