The HYROX Format: What to Expect on Race Day
Every HYROX race follows the same global format, combining 8 functional fitness stations with 1km runs in between.

💪 Sled Pull (50m) – Pull a weighted sled toward you using grip strength, back power, and controlled core engagement.
🔥 Burpee Broad Jumps (80m) – A fun mix of burpees and jumps that boosts fitness, coordination, and overall endurance.
🚣 Rowing (1,000m) – A full-body exercise that improves stamina with smooth, steady strokes engaging the legs, core, and back.
🏃 Farmer’s Carry (200m) – Walk with heavy kettlebells in each hand, challenging grip, core stability, and upper-body endurance.
