Important Information

  1. Although not essential, we encourage customers to pre-book classes. Only book session you can attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel with as much notice as possible - by not attending or not cancelling, you will be preventing someone from the benefits of physical activity and social interaction.

  2. We would recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your session and always present at the Fast Track or reception so we know you are in the building. Your attendance ticket collected on the day must be left in the designated area for the instructor to check.

  3. Please bring your own mat with you.

  4. Please clean equipment at the end of a session. Our staff will carry out a thorough clean daily.

  5. We would encourage customers to continue to sanitise their hands when entering and leaving the studio.
