Welcome to “What’s Your Thing?” a campaign that celebrates the many ways people across Fife choose to move, feel good, and build confidence.

Whether it’s swimming in our pools, lifting or pulling in the gym, running on the track, stretching in a yoga class, or trying any of the physical activities available at our venues, it could be your “thing.” Because fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about discovering what works for you.

Now’s the perfect time to explore something new, get involved, and join a movement that puts joy, wellbeing, and personal choice at the heart of staying active!

There are so many ways to be part of “What’s Your Thing?”, both online and in our venues. Follow @fifeleisure on social media and use #WhatsYourThing to share how you like to move. Post a photo, tell your story, or get inspired by others across Fife.

Pop into your local venue to try something new, chat with our friendly team, or add your thing to one of our selfie boards. Whether you’re discovering your thing, celebrating it, or helping someone else find theirs — this movement is for everyone, and it starts with you!
