Choose to walk, jog or run

10.15am Junior Track Jog:
For pre-school children (300m run on the track)

10.30am 10K Road Race (15 years +)
Entry: £13 (£15 on the day)
Scottish Athletics Members Entry: £11 (£13 on the day)
Late entries desk will close at 10.00am
10.50am 4K Fun Run
Entry: £3
  Biathlon
Juniors 10-12 years 200m swim + 4k run
Entry: £8

13 - 15 years 400m swim + 4k run
Entry: £10

Seniors 16 years + 800m swim + 10k run
Entry: £12

Water Stations
 Water only will be available.

Toilet Facilities
Available inside Fife Institute only.

Parking
Will be to the east of the Fife Institute on the grass playing field (weather permitting).
