In the case of downloading and use of the app, the lawful basis for processing your data is ‘Consent' as is also the case with your marketing choices. This means we can process your personal information as; “the data subject (app user) has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes”
As stated above, the app is a partnership between Technogym and FSLT. Accordingly, various personal data will be shared between both parties (subject to the permissions you grant within the app). Data will be hosted within the EEA (UK, Italy). FSLT will not share your data with any other parties unless there is a legal obligation upon us to do so. We will not onward sell your data to 3rd party marketeers.
Your personal data will be retained within the app and you retain control for amending, updating and/or deleting the information. In any case, FSLT will keep it for no longer than is necessary and in accordance with our Retention Policy. After which time, your personal data will be disposed of in a safe and secure manner. If there is no activity within the app for a period of 5 years, all data will be anonymised thereafter.
The law gives you the right to know what information we hold about you and to give you a copy of it if you request it. It also gives some other rights, such as having any incorrect information about you corrected. You also have the right to complain if you feel we have used your personal data inappropriately.
