Situated on Pit Road just off the High Street. This centre has ample free car parking and is well served by buses.
Our new gym re-opened after its refurbishment last year. The extensive upgrade saw a full equipment-replacement programme selected from industry leaders, Technogym and Origin Fitness.
Some of the new equipment highlights are Technogym’s SkillRow, Climb and Run 600 providing the latest exercise programs. In our HIIT area we have installed SPARC trainer, Concept II Ski Erg and Air Bike that offers safe strength training as well as effective High Intensity Interval Training. The free weights area has seen new adjustable benches and origin half rack installed. After customer feedback we have reinstalled Technogym’s Smith Machine in this area. We have also upgraded the cardio and fixed resistance equipment.

Juniors aged 17 or under can play football on our 3G astroturf pitch for only £1.00 every weekend and during the school holidays. Come along with a group of friends and enjoy a kick about. Accompanying adults can also join in the fun paying only £2.
