Important Update: Changes to Leisure Hub Login

Effective from 21st April 2025

We’re making some important updates to Leisure Hub, our online booking system, to improve user experience and simplify the login process. Please read the information below carefully.

What’s changing?

To improve your experience, we’re simplifying the login process for Leisure Hub. From 21st April 2025, the myaccount login option will no longer be available with Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.

Myaccount allowed users to access multiple online public services in Scotland with a single username and password. However, moving forward, it won’t be required for accessing Leisure Hub.

Rest assured, this change won’t affect your ability to use Leisure Hub or enjoy our services. You’ll simply need to create a new Leisure Hub login.

What does this mean for you?

To continue accessing your Leisure Hub account and enjoy all its features, you will need to re-register for a new Leisure Hub account. We anticipate that the re-registration of Leisure Hub will take approximately a few minutes to complete.

Registering with Leisure Hub will allow you access to:

  • Updating your profile
  • Checking fitness class availability
  • Booking fitness classes
  • Purchasing membership products

Planned service interruption

Please note: We recommend that members avoid using Leisure Hub between 9am and 10am on 21st April 2025, as essential work to improve user access may cause temporary interruptions during this time.

How to re-register:

1. From 10am on the 21st April 2025, we encourage members to visit the Leisure Hub website: https://fifefslt.xncloud.co.uk/lhweb/en/public/home

2. Click on the “Register” button.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your new account.

4. Alternatively, you can watch our helpful step-by-step video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCGd7aVxdD0

Need Support?

If you have any questions or experience any difficulties during the re-registration process, our support team is here to help. Please contact us at help@leisurehub.on.spiceworks.com.

We understand that changes like this can sometimes be inconvenient, but this update is designed to make logging in easier and improve your overall experience with Leisure Hub.

Leisure Hub Q&A

Q1: How far in advance can I book a class or activity?

There is a strict 8 days advance booking from when the class or activity starts. This restriction has been implemented to allow for changes to the programme and the use of facilities.

Q2: Can I book multiple courts, i.e. Badminton, Short Tennis?

No, Leisure Hub only allows one booking at the same time per customer. If a second court is required, another person from the booking will need to make the booking. However, multiple bookings can still be made via reception.

Q3: What evidence do I need to get the discounted memberships?

For Concession Membership requirements, please go to:
https://www.fifeleisure.org.uk/about-us/concessions/

For Corporate Memberships requirements and information, please go to:
https://www.fifeleisure.org.uk/membership/corporate-membership/

For Student Membership information, please go to:
https://www.fifeleisure.org.uk/membership/

Q4: Can I renew my monthly/annual membership on Leisure Hub?

This can be done when the membership is due to expire and up to two weeks after it has expired. Please note, however, that the membership will be renewed from when the previous one expired. It is, therefore, better to renew expired memberships via our reception teams.
