It's kitted out with a new sound and lighting system. Not to mention the brand new award-winning IC7 bikes from Life Fitness!

As part of our new timetable, we now have over 20 cycle-based workouts every week. For those that just can't get enough, you could ever cycle every day! Scroll down for the full timetable below.

Accurately track your fitness progress using Energy Zones, cutting-edge Heart Rate technology and functional threshold power tests to ensure you stay within the optimum range, setting the stage for outstanding achievements.

Throughout the 12-week programme, you'll encounter exhilarating "Time Trials challenges, diverse Intervals, heart-pumping climbs, and longer endurance sessions, all crafted to unlock your true potential.
